Remove Empty Inner Dimension from Value Array
Removes all blank dimensions of the specified type. Bear in mind this does not remove the dimensions from the actual Google Sheet.
To remove from Google Sheets, call the static function DeleteEmptyDimensions().
DO NOT call this after calling RemovePadding().
