Set Sheet Tab Data Object
Sets the UGoogleSheetsSheetTabData object used for generating a spreadsheet widget.
This function also refreshes the current widget, so call it whenever you want to refresh the view
or if the values you want to display have changed.
Note that the first row of strings will always be treated as the header row.
